At Faith Family Football Apparel, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong colour choice, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product description, size chart, colour, quantity, and shipping information.

Final Sale Items

All products sold on our store are considered final sale once the order is placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

T-shirts
Hoodies
Sweatshirts
Youth apparel
Women’s apparel
Men’s apparel
Limited edition items
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Size Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer size exchanges.

Please check the size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders may go into production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
